We have to get them fixed, unfortunately, probably more often than we would like to. [ReNew has] their office down in Elmhurst. I can send operations managers down there, just drop stuff off, get it back the next day,” Zack said.
Even when devices needed to be sent away for repair, Zack explained, ReNew had them serviced and returned speedily: “They would send us a label, box it up and ship it out. And we would get things back very quickly from them, too, which you don’t always see in this world.”

“ReNew will send their teams here on site. … These guys come out and they get it done quickly. We’re usually done in about two days, and that’s for 44 vehicles,” Zack said of A-TEC’s required preventative maintenance cycles.
