Online Portal: RAMS’s user-friendly online portal carefully stores and organizes biomedical equipment data on an easy-to-read dashboard, so our clients can quickly see which devices require upcoming service and which ones are past due for service.

One-Click Service Requests: Clients can generate service requests via the online portal and note concerns about each device or simply request recurring preventative maintenance

Job Records: Each preventative maintenance service on a device generates a report as evidence that the device performs to OEM specifications (as measured by calibrated test equipment that is NIST traceable).

Quote Approval: RAMS gives our technicians access to the most up-to-date prices for repair parts, allowing for quick and accurate quotes for maintenance and repair. Clients can receive and respond to these service quotes on the online portal, reducing device downtime.

Field Service App: The RAMS mobile app allows ReNew’s field service technicians to update jobs by adding comments and photo attachments while on site, with a helpful “offline” feature for sites with unreliable wifi and cell service.

Report Generation: The online portal allows users to search, view, and retrieve all ReNew-provided service history of their assets and obtain records for compliance or certification at the click of a button.
