Founded in 2014, our Jackson, Tennessee depot is ReNew’s flagship location. This newly renovated, full-service facility is home to over thirty biomedical benches, a Stretcher repair shop, our Training Academy, parts warehouse, and admin staff. Strategically located in the “Hub City,” our Jackson HQ lets us efficiently dispatch remote service vehicles around the West Tennessee area as well as surrounding states.

Serving the Greater Chicago area since 2021, our Elmhurst facility features modern workstations, stocked parts inventory, and advanced diagnostic tools. It acts as both a local depot and Northern field service center for healthcare facilities in Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Indiana.

Our Louisville location is a Midwest field service hub. From depot repairs to on-site service and calibrations, this facility supports EMS and healthcare systems across Kentucky, Missouri, Indiana, and Ohio.

Our Louisville depot is specially equipped for ElectroSurgical Unit service and repair, and is the shipping center for all ESU calibrations, PMs, and service.
