Work within systems and with external freight providers to coordinate and arrange customer shipments. Provide timely communication regarding order status and updates to other departments as needed.

Stock incoming products in appropriate warehouse locations to ensure consistent and organized

storage of inventory. Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse areas through ongoing organization and general housekeeping and cleaning activities.

Adhere to company policies and procedures and uphold a desire for continuous improvement across the organization to assist with the ongoing maintenance and improvement of the quality management system.

Characteristics and Responsibilities: 

Planning

1. Create and execute a daily task agenda to align with daily priorities to ensure work completion is of the highest quality and exceeds customer needs regarding service delivery and timeliness.
2. Work with other team members to divide up tasks related to customer equipment in the depot, ensuring efficiency and timely execution.
3. Collect and capture all needed information from customers to ensure the most accurate and cost-effective quotes are generated to meet our standard of quality and exceed customer requirements.
4. Communicate with all customers to achieve and uphold a seamless customer experience to enable ReNew to sustain customer promises and continued growth of ReNew.

Execution: 

1. Deliver customer service with urgency to ensure needs are met and expectations are aligned with our company’s vision, and ensure customers are able to benefit from all of ReNew’s service offerings.
2. Schedule field service calls as needed to ensure customer contracts are fulfilled.
3. Document delivery of all quotes via software platforms (RAMS, QB) in compliance of maintaining records for use internally and externally.

Characteristics and Responsibilities: 

Quality: Perform service in strict adherence to OEM service manuals andReNew training procedures to ensure delivery of products that are functional, reliable, and meet or exceed the standards established by the OEM.

Urgency: Provide device evaluations, quotations, and services promptly to meet or exceed the performance goals set by ReNew in both theAOP and ReNew’s Quality Objectives. Urgency is crucial in supporting ReNew’s AOP goals as we strive to offer the highest level of support to our customers and minimize their device’s downtime.

Development: Commit to ongoing education and certification to enhance industry knowledge and technical expertise. BMETs are dedicated to expanding their skills, understanding new modalities, and gaining business insights to better serve ReNew’s customers and contribute to the achievement of company objectives. Communicate plans and goals for growth to the leadership team and work to create opportunities for growth.
