Warranties

ReNew Biomedical Services is proud to offer warranty coverage in accordance with the terms below.

ReNew provides a 12-month warranty on repairs performed by ReNew. The warranty includes coverage for any parts installed by ReNew, as well as the labor used to perform repairs. If the same issue recurs within the warranty period, ReNew will cover repeat service instances at no additional charge. Customers are kindly asked to provide all accessories (cables, power adapters, sensors, etc) with warranty service claims for complete diagnosis.

For devices that are beyond the manufacturer’s support life, ReNew will work with customers in good- faith to address warranty issues, dependent on the availability of replacement parts.

Warranty coverage excludes device misuse, abuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, and acts of God.

Warranty coverage includes damage incurred during return shipping from ReNew’s facilities. Customers are encouraged to inspect devices upon receipt and notify ReNew of damage within 3 days.

The warranty is void if equipment is diagnosed, worked on, altered, or repaired by any other technicians or companies unless written approval is provided by ReNew Biomedical prior to such work.

Parts purchased from ReNew and installed by customers are eligible for a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. ReNew’s warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation or incompatibility. ReNew reserves the right to request documentation of technician qualifications when processing warranty claims.

Refunds are provided within 5 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned products, and refunds are processed in the same method as the original payment. For example, if the order was paid using a credit card, the refund will be applied to that credit card. Payments made by check will be refunded by check.
