Our Elmhurst facility has been serving the Greater Chicago area since 2021. It acts as both a local depot and as an outpost for service to healthcare facilities in the Northern US (Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Indiana), allowing ReNew to service the area more efficiently. Our strategic locations are a crucial part of our ability to deploy fast, dependable service that keeps life-saving equipment in peak condition.
Fully Stocked Depot
Elmhurst’s brick and mortar location features modern workstations, a stocked parts inventory, and advanced diagnostic tools for repair, maintenance, calibration, and testing. This gives our AAMI-Certified Biomedical Technicians (CABT and CBET) the ability to service and repair equipment that an onsite tech could not. “Our location is fairly robust,” Dylan Presson, CBET, Regional ReNew Service Manager for the Elmhurst Depot, said. “The Elmhurst location gives ReNew an excellent opportunity to provide service and repair for our customers in the Midwest. We currently have access to two fully equipped service vans and four trained biomedical technicians, along with the fully equipped depot.”
