ReNew Biomedical is proud to partner with Defibtech to as the service provider for the Defibtech ARM XR Automated Chest Compression (ACC) device, a next-generation machine designed for professional rescuers to deliver consistent, high-quality CPR during response or transport.
As the authorized service partner for the ARM XR, ReNew offers annual preventative maintenance as well as multi-year service contract options, designed to reduce downtime and simplify your long-term ownership. Service includes inspection, cleaning, and full functional verification to manufacturer specifications, plus clear service documentation for compliance and equipment records.
Service Offerings for the ARM XR
- Annual Preventative Maintenance: PMs include annual inspection and servicing, cleaning, testing/calibrations. Verifies device meets OEM performance expectations. PMs help detect and resolve issues early, extending the lifespan of your ARM XR.
- Basic Service Contract: PM & Repairs: A more comprehensive protection package. On top of your annual PM, this Service Contract that covers repair services for both internal and external components of the ARM XR.
- Premium Service Contract: PM & Repairs + Battery Replacements and Loaner Devices: For ultimate convenience and support, we offer a premium package that includes annual PM, repairs, and also replaces your battery + we send you a loaner device, for zero disruption on your operations.
