It is compatible with Stryker’s Power-PRO cots, which can be purchased through our partners at Master Medical Equipment. Preventive Maintenance for the Power LOAD

  • Tighten loose fasteners

  • Tighten any loose battery terminal screws

  • Tighten loose screws on trolley stop ramp

  • Check and replace any worn parts including arm covers, arm wear pads, trolley top and side covers, cot release handle springs, anchor lever cover, transfer lock plate, transfer lock pin, or cot guides, if necessary*

  • Replace dead stop bumpers if the corner is damaged*

  • Replace motor when no motor motion exists*

  • Replace cylinder rod end if Power-LOAD functions in manual mode and the error LED is illuminated*

  • Replace the transfer lock bearing*

  • Check V-guide rollers

  • Replace the lift arm springs*

Some parts require additional fees depending on service agreement.

Stryker Power-LOAD Care instructions:

Clean debris from the foot end lock.

Clean the transfer assembly and anchor assembly.

Clean the transfer roller channels.

Have the annual inspection performed every 12 months/24 operating hours.

Replace wearable items at the OEM-recommended intervals.
