  • Damaged power pigtail – Unit must be sent in to replace power pigtail
  • Unit not holding charge – If the unit has a sprintpack attached, attempt to remove the sprintpack from the equation. If this does not fix the issue potential issues are internal battery or power PCB and requires service at the depot
