Common Issues:

External case damage – replace case piece
Touch screen not functioning – replace touchscreen and/or recalibrate
Unit power cycles repeatedly – Control PCB or Low voltage power supply
Unit not recognizing accessory – replace designated port or scanner and retest
Unit not providing an output even with audio and visual indicators – could be Steering relay PCB or RF PCB
