August, 2014
ReNew’s Inception. ReNew was born essentially in the closet of Master Medical Equipment. Mark Taylor and Justin Smith saw the value of an in-house biomed, and this kickstarted ReNew’s Journey.
2015 (Don’t have a month yet)
Moved to 56 N Conalco. ReNew has grown to a team of 3, and now operated out of a much more spacious and roomy closet.
June 2016
First on-site field service contract. We earned our first contract to work on-site service and maintenance, and never looked back
August 2018
ReNew and MME moved to 2345 Dr. F E Wright Drive, where both companies are today. Our team of techs was steadily growing, and the ReNew corner of the warehouse was always lively with activity.
July 2020
ReNew’s on-site service team, which had grown to include a fleet of 6 vehicles, performs on-site service in each of the 50 U.S. States.
October 2020
ReNew unveils a brand-new storefront, and walls off the previously open space between MME’s warehouse and ReNew. This upgrade comes with newly renovated tech workbenches, a revamped packaging area, receptionist desks, new offices, and dedicated conference space for gathering and training.
February 2021
ReNew cuts the ribbon on the official launch of the ReNew Biomedical Training Academy, an initiative launched in partnership with AAMI and the TN Department of Labor to train and certify biomedical techs and healthcare technicians in West Tennessee. This flagship program was the first time AAMI partnered with an organization in order to certify biomedical techs.
June 2021
ReNew graduates the first techs from the ReNew Training Academy, each of which passed their Certified Assistant of Biomedical Technology exam. The RBTA is on pace to train and certify 50 in-person students over its first four years.
February 2022
ReNew launches a Chicago location, with techs stationed in the Midwest to better serve ReNew’s growing base of on-site customers in the U.S.
