What is a Service Contract? A Service Contract provides a recurring annual service that includes preventative maintenance (as described above) AND covers the parts and labor for necessary repairs to ensure that the device functions to OEM requirements.

What is a Repair? A Repair is a one-time service that evaluates your defibrillator, brings it back into working order, and provides a ReNew Certification that meets or exceeds OEM standards.

What is a Functions Test? A Functions Test is a one-time service that simply evaluates the basic functions of your defibrillator (and does not include repair).
